This letter I have sent to European Union.

I propose to teach all EU children Holy Resurrected Hebrew Language together with their state language natively been known.



The EU has a problem of common language.
It is the matter of fact that English is the main world lingua franca.
But all States of EU desire the equal status of all EU States’ languages in fact and not just in formal low.

There were proposals to use Esperanto – EU one of the State language bilingual model to have the common communication language of EU.
The reason – the Esperanto is no national language, it is very easy to learn and it has no ability to displace even little national language and to become a monolingual language.
But because the history of connection Esperanto with total communist international ideology most people are oppose it to be common.

There is another way to solve the problem of common EU language and to reach real religion, culture and spirit consensus and comfort.
Let us remember about Resurrection of Jesus who was Jew.
Let us remember about Resurrection of Holy Language in Israel.
Let us remember about Resurrection of Israel after Holocaust – killing of 6000000 - almost all European Jews.
Let us remember that citizens of almost all states of today’s EU actively took part in killing of Jewish people in the time of World War Two.
Let us remember that Bible is the Holy Book for Jews, Christians and Muslims and now the Holy Language of all Abraham religious and cultures people has resurrected.

Hebrew is not only the Holy Language but it is also the artfully restored language by Ben Ihuda.
It is as Esperanto the easiest language to learn.

It will be the great paradox and the real memorial of Holocaust when the Holy Resurrected Language of total been hated and been killed Jews in Europe will become the natively known language of every citizen of European Union together with the language of his definite state.

My proposal - to make EU citizens bilingual by teaching all EU children Hebrew to be natively known together with the language of their state.

I believe the education of children is paramount.

It forms there beliefs structures through Knowledge and hopefully allows them to contribute to soc in a knowlegable way.

Religious Instruction lessons and Religious Morning assembly are mandatory within the UK education system.

I dont know where you are from, but in the US state schools this does not apply?

So after years of teaching children Religion in the UK why do you think out of 62million people in the UK, only about a third of a million claim to be active religiously?

Why do you think the reverse applies in America.


Education is paramount to form a thinking questioning adults of the future, so within the UK through Religious Instruction lessons it is fadeing away

I am sure that third is active religiously in US and other high-developed countries too.
And other two/third is religiously too but not so active.
Why children have to be opposing to learn Holy Resurrected Language together with their national one?
Only Holy Resurrected Language has ability to save national languages and cultures in globalization process from death because it is the only language that has experience what means to live, dead for 2500 years and to be resurrected.

Let us presume that we have devices that can make translation between every couple of languages as professional synchronize translator.
It means that person of every nation can remain his national language monolingual with ability to communicate with every nation man worldwide.
It is a matter of fact that even today we are very close to realization of such situation.

And what we see.
Most people simply do not want to communicate with each other.
In addition to translation devices we need a system that will find to every person all worldwide persons that correlate with him creatively, spiritually and psychologically.
Simply as more you communicate with such persons - as more creative abilities you fill and those persons fill the same.

So in this case multinational worldwide society principally need not any lingual franca language.

But it is a well known fact that bilingual person statistically much more competitive than monolingual one.
So it is much better to form from our children bilingual persons from their childhood and not monolingual ones.

In this way the world has a trend to reform from national monolingual form to bilingual and even multilingual model.
It will be Bilingual nationalistic New World principally with out common lingual franca language.

The question is will it be any language that will be dominant in this Multicultural World of Bicultural Persons model?
My answer – yes it will be such language if people will become really Abraham religious so called “book people”.

There is one principal point – in future bilingual or trilingual or even multilingual world – the man has to know two or more languages natively or not to know them at all for be equal person in his bilingual or multilingual language environments.

That why I desire to learn two, three, four languages only in childhood and only natively.
Internet gives to all world children those possibilities.

Commonly today’s child has to know natively the language of his father, the language of his mother, the language of his residency state, lingual franca language English, Bible Hebrew if his parents are Abraham Religious persons, Arabic if his parents are Muslims.
Parents can chose from this set of languages.
In the most cases it will be English, one national language and Hebrew.
In many cases for not Arabic Muslims it will be English, national language, Arabic, Hebrew.
For huge nations it will be some variants: 1English, Chines, Hebrew (for Christians and Muslims), Arabic for Muslims.
2 English, Spanish, Hebrew.
3 English, Arabic, Hebrew.
4 English, Hindi, Hebrew (for Christians and Muslims), Arabic (for Muslims).

So we see in the most cases English (1 place), Hebrew (2 place), Arabic (3 place) as common languages.

I agree with you that we need not mandate English or Hebrew or Arabic to be common language.
But it has to mandate categorical prohibition for monolingual education of children all over the world.
You see that according this analyze most world children have to be natively known national language – English – Hebrew trilingual person.
Most Muslim’s children have to be national language – Arabic – English – Hebrew quadrolingual persons.

So let us change the world from monolingual natively speaking to bilingual trilingual quadrolingual multilingual really multicultural world.

But in really life bicultural and multicultural persons are second sorting so-called “not clean” persons in monolingual society.
Why we almost do not know about bi - national people?
Why we have no rights to chose the nation?
Multi religious, multi professions, multilingual, Trans cultural, multicultural, multi citizenship, etc – it is a portrait of future really free man of multicultural Global World.

Let us presume that United Nations Organization will give a possibility to every worldwide child to know natively two more languages together with his national one according his parents chose till the age of 7 years old. (New communication age gives these possibilities very easy by using Internet video and audio communication systems)
In this case in future every two accidentally chosen persons will have even though one common language for communication that they natively know with possibility 99%.
Most possibly it will be English, than according level of possibility goes Hebrew, than Chines, than Hindi, than Arabic, than Spanish.

In this case I will chose for my future grandchildren one Indo European Language (English because it is lingual franca), one South East Asian language (Chines because it is the language of future world leader) and one Semitic Language (Hebrew because it is Holy Resurrected Bible and my national language).
Russian I hope they will know natively from me.
With such three main group of languages basis they know natively I hope it will be easy to them to learn every other national languages they need in there multicultural life.

I dont think you understood,we have in our schools in the UK by law, been teaching children in Religious Instruction not from a historical point of view, but from a religious point of view, you may then take a series of exams.

I asked you the question, why if the education of children is to broaden there minds so as they grow to become adults they can make educated choices.

In the UK religion has declined to the extent that, half a % of the population claim to be actively religious(visit a religious place of worship once a week).

No matter what language you teach it in, generation after generation of educated adults are rejecting religion in the UK

Educated adulated choice between four world religious and their confession firms:1 Judaism or Christianity or Islam or Buddhism - alternate form.
2 No Judaism, no Christianity, no Islam, no Buddhism – negative form.
3 Judaism and Christianity and Islam and Buddhism – complement positive trans cultural and trans religious form.

It is very bad situation when UK or other state tries to implant to the child’s mind indefinite so called national traditional one religious form.
All what we need to do – forbid for every future citizen to be monolingual person.
Let us graduate our children by teaching them two – three languages to be known as native according choice of their parents.
If in the set of chosen languages is Hebrew the child has to read OT on this language.
If Arabic – the child has to read Koran on this language of God Second message to Muhammad.

In every case graduated 18 years old young man have to know well the text of Tanah, New Testament, Buddhist tractate – Tripitcha and Koran.
In this case we can be sure that young man has a good base for design his personal religious, life style, philosophy, ideologue.
So multi or more exactly trans (religious, cultural, professional, lingual, national, citizenship, life style, philosophy conceptions, etc) man is a portrait of future citizen of global world.
I am sure that in these really free global choice English will known by 99% of world population and Hebrew – by 90% of world population.
And all national cultures will be safety for sure in future multicultural world of multicultural really free people.
Monocultural man principally can’t be free.

I understand what you are trying to say but I don't believe you can force people to learn a language. If you want to learn another language, then you are free to go to school and learn whatever you wish.

Also, I don't believe in any religion. In 1000 years or less, all religion will be dead. Religion is the single biggest lie ever told in the history of mankind.
