Beliefs about metaphysics or morals are not enough to constitute a religion.
Religions involve a shared group of beliefs and rituals, and generally a certain community of sorts.
Athiesm is just a belief (or lackthereof).

That said I still think the OP is ridiculous. Being religious or not is a symptom of experience and history... not of intelligence.
