Even so, I don't believe that condemning Lot for that particular episode would be entirely just. He was allegedly drunk and unconscious at the time that he impregnated his daughters. (I'm sure Makedde would have him executed for rape.)
What I find far more repugnant about Lot is that he offered his daughters as a sexual sacrifice to the lust-crazed townspeople back in Sodom and Gomorrah in an attempt to appease them. This is especially interesting considering that Lot was regarded as God as one of the more virtuous inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah.
