Why do western cultures tend to do al their fighting based on religion. Look at israel, war on terror, christian crusade.

I've rarely seen this in asian cultures.

Asians don't really believe in God, at least not in the sense as the Semitic faiths do. The Chinese and Indian religions (if you can even call them that) are really codes of ethics, and provide more questions then answers. China for example has never had a missionary culture, which is why it never went oversea to conquer other lands. This in large part stems from the absence of religion and faith.

hindu's have many many gods. And how do you mean it's the other way around? yes they have war. But that's because of territory, not about religion. In fact religion is held in high regard. In most cases, someone who was about to be excecuted could become a monk, and even though they knew why that person did that, they respected him being a monk and left him out of wordly matters.

Hindus have an philosophy that as long as other religions worship a higher spiritual force, their gods will be happy, while buddism is about purifying yourself and your comunity, and has no gods.
