It's a risk.
The First Ammendment covers freedom of belief and expression of that belief, but not always action. Look at the Fundy Mormons right now. You don't get away with statuatory rape for faith. On the other hand some Native tribes get rights to use certain drugs in rituals that would normally be illegal. I think it depends on whether the crime is seen as harmless or not. And it depends on how the SCOTUS feels (I don't think it's so easy to rely even on liberal-conservative divisions for this... it's up in the air). I'd suggest just starting the temple in Nevada. It would be easier.

You need to look at the particular statutes. They're very different and some can be quite confusing and frankly archaic. State law refers. You need to o consult a lawyer because it's entirely probable that an appeal to the constitution will fail. If that worked then the mob would have figured it out years ago.

Now that's my kind of deity!

Just set your religion up in such a way that your worshippers don't have to pay for sex with the goddess. Then, it wouldn't be prostitution.

The members of this faith would pay for sex with other members or the girls would be outside of the faith?
I can't see paying for sex anyway. I just think that prostitution should be legal. I don't think government should regulate this type of entertainment.

The prostitutes would be the priestesses of this religion.

This one is actually pretty simple. According to the law your religious practices cannot violate the law of the land so for instance if it required animal sacrifice you can't do it. Same would apply to prostitution.
