From another thread. His actions THEN His instructions!
You have to understand that the parables are NOT literal. Also, you would have to compare this with his instructions within the "Beatitudes" and the rest of the message to fully understand the parable. That is that the parable is NOT literal. There is another evidence after this which would explain that Jesus his the JUDGE and PUNISHER ..........NOT HIS FOLLOWERS!!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Read the Beatitudes and compare it with the rest.
Matthew 5:3-12
3 ¶ Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 ¶ Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 ¶ Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 ¶ Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 ¶ Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 ¶ Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9 ¶ Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10 ¶ Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 ¶ Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Also........
Luke 6:20-26
20 ¶ And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
21 ¶ Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
22 ¶ Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
24 ¶ But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
25 ¶ Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
26 ¶ Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

Also...........TO FOLLOW Jesus orders and this evidence explains that he is the SOLE Judge and Punisher .......NOT his followers!!!
Matthew 5:
38 ¶ Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
39 but I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
43 ¶ Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
LUKE 6:
37 ¶ Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
38 give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
39 ¶ And he spake a parable unto them; Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?
VERSE 39 explains it all!
Jesus is the JUDGE and PUNISHER .........NOT his followers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now the Parable you mentioned and misunderstood:
Luke 19:27 -
27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
Connected with Matthew 25:30 -
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Ok, This is about Jesus being the SOLE Judge and RULER !!! Not his followers!!!
WHY??????????
My evidence is Matthew 25:31-46 !!!
The whole passage explains that he is the ABSOLUTE Judge and Punisher........Not his followers!! because his followers allowed their enemies to mistreat them until they gained their reward when JESUS returned!!!
