Most of the laws in the world derive from the TEN COMMANDMENTS. The 10 commandments are derictives from GOD(YHWH/ALLAH).

OK, if say that it is mixed or it is absent from purely human experience and practices what could explain pagan laws?

The pagans themselves believe in some form of divinity. I added this factor just in case the argument becomes that Judeo-Christian-Islamic theistic factor is not reliable. Then again who could explain the motivation of the Pagan Greek system because they believed in a form divination to derive some balance in their society.

If we as Humans are purely NATURALISTIC creatures for instance like the apes and others what could explain our development in the areas of laws. The apes or monkeys are not aware of developing laws to govern them, why is this? Ofcourse, they continue to live and roam. To live and roam without technology, for technology is evidence of a species awareness to accept a divine being and/or philosophy. For to write and think and then develope is evidence of a divine being or creator in the universe. All animals or non-Sentient beings are limited in their capacity of the extra environmental factors that are not immediate or natural. Or they naturally adapt but not able to acquire or develope technology. The very fact that the Human race though and developed technology is evidence. The evidence is in the philosophy and religions because without the base to philosophies or believe then technology would not be possible. For our ability and development to think about a creator made technology a reality.

Therefore, there is a Creator.
