Oh well! I am Russian, first of all. And i do not live in a village. Rostov-on Don is one of the biggest cities in Russia. Even there to live on $600 a month when food and cloth prices are two- three times higher than in US, is very hard. In villages and small towns it' s $200 a month. Try to live on it!

Secondly, it's statitistics that Russians are dying out . The pace of population decrease is 1.5 millions a year.

yes i'm little nazie in some and so?...but i dont think so that prices are much highyer then in USA,bread cost about 40 cents here,milk 1.30 $ and etc,but you are right about prices it grew up on main products on 40-70% for two weeks,big monopolists (75% of russuian bussines) which support govt make prices highyer and govt dont throw them to jail like Khodorkovsky which did not support bussines for Russia,so but what can do govt if 40% work on govt and getting salary from govt?..in USA its 10%,problem is in little and middle bussines class,govt dont build it.....And second-population from this year stoped dying i hope its not muslim helps...Russia just need old power but new reforms,just it can change situation on 180'...

I read it but can add just one that big monopolist as Gazprom or Luckoil will not stop growing of their bussines,they will need in more money then they getting now thats why they working with Norwegics and French oil componies in Artic sea's of russian oil-gas fields.So and in Siberia is searching too,there a lot of oil and gas,even Global warmer cant stop monopilists in meltng Siberia they do modern stuff if they want getting $,New project which constructing by Russia to Germany and to Holland is useing with new nano technologies which never used in world before.But again about govt....vice PM is main guy of Gazprom how i know and cos if 20% goes from Russia and 80% come into Russia ($) -(60% oil-gas $) it just support old power status.But question is that govt is nothing but Putin is everything in country and people want see Tsar Freedomer as Putin...so like me,may be if you had hard 1990-th and living now you know that new liberals or dermocrats with new reforms will just stop reforms of Putin...his reforms showing like Roosevelt reforms for USA....

I dont think so about it...If it will happen EU will collapse like USSR with out oil-gas from Russia and about Global Warming,so good article,but Temperature can change just if pole of Earth will again change like scientists says at 2030,but with just melting ice it can make just cooler Europe when warm channels will not go to Europe coasts.
