Early election in Georgia

I don’t know should I go to election or not. Would you go to if you wouldn’t sure that result of election depends on people’s choice? And here in Georgia there is high probability that our president with his US friends wouldn’t act honestly. More likely that his henchmen would garble results and even more would visit some electors who voted “improperly”. And I’m very afraid of Saakashvili’s “SS officers” because I’ll never lift my hand for writing a cross against his name. I think that everyone already saw those videos about inhuman dispersals of opposition marches in Tbilisi. So I know that they won’t spare women or old people.
Thus I’d like call for advice if I should go to election in such country where dictatorship annihilated democracy in embryo?
