Ghorilka is too strong, I prefer a good Red Wine, preferably from Spain or California one.Only a little bit Wine is allow in the Holy Bible.
What kind of Shashlik do you like? As I said I prefer a Georgian one, with spices. To have a wonderful woman on the side is nice, but not essential, but a good (*)(*)(*)(*) who can ideally barbecue Shashlik is twenty times more important.
