I think its the very beginnings of a Cold War like situation...at least for a while.

This was from Bubba Clinton's expedition into an area where the US has no interest. The US could give the Kosovans moral and diplomatic support as a would-be democracy, but we don't need to be involved in any more eurowars.

Last time we left the Europeans to sort their problems out, they got into 2 world wars. Kosovo has a right to be free from the people who ethnically cleansed and oppressed them for too long.

Put 20000 Marines in Kosovo, at the discretion of the Kosovan Government. That should make America's position quite clear

Kosovo has been oppressed for too long. It disgusts me. Russia backing the Serbians is disgusting. Oppression in all forms needs to be corrected. If we can help the Kosovans and show the Russians that we play hard ball still, in one go, then why not?

Russia is pathetic to challenge the US so early after beginning the road of recovery, let us put them back in their place.

You told that Russia is backing the Serbians, and you think it's disgusting. Is it more disgusting than massacre that Albanians did? They cut out the whole families, including old mens and womens, childrens and their parents. They forced the Serbians to get out from their native land.

I suppose we can still fight a conventional world war..after all we fought World War II and for the most part nobody used Poison Gas. Course gas doesn't have the the same potential that nuclear weapons do.
