They will most likely argue how it is not considered 'terrorist', although it was but is not now, although was in the interests of the people, although was funded through the black market, although it has changed names but is still in existence, although its members are still at large for war crimes...

Anyway, can we not come to some consensus on the upcoming Kosovo constitution? We will see how credible the new government will be after laying out some fundamental necessities for the protectorate.

The government will be nice, of course. They reduced the number of Serbs in Kosovo by 70% since NATO occupied the province and the world just observed and did nothing. Now, they use rhetorics like: Serbs, come back, give us some legitimacy after we've cleansed you out of your homes and took your property by force.
