Sovereign? O yes, indeed. With 20,000 foreign troops and UN civil control. Even Palestine has more sovereignty than Kosovo.

But then again, one should know the definition of terms he prefers to use. Normal and educated one (don't worry, you are not he one, VOCi)

The declaration of independence has nothing to do with them having or not having sovereignty. The declaration is illegal anyway.

Listen, man. I am one exam from graduating law. I know what is illegal and what is not.

Vast majority of international lawyers agreed that even the NATO bombing was illegal. And this so called independence is a direct violation of international law, therefore a school example of illegality. But you obviously understand only the language of brute force.
