And you don't see any contradictories between these two sources?

Hint for those with cheaper cards: former Socialist Yugoslavia had presidency, not president. That is far from being the same thing.

So, I'm not so sure about who needs to go back to school here... lol

And Albo, please reply on my other comments, I'm rather curious about explanation and albanian point of view.
