The only thing that holds up Russia and China is the exact same thing. Do not ever assume China and Russia have greater morals than the USA because that very idea makes me physically sick.

Of course Russia and China will veto anything America supports, Russia is still bitter for losing it's empire and China is bitter ebcause of American support for Taiwan. The Russians and Chinese need to move on and stop being so immature. Holding grudges only leadds to war.

Because the Russians and Chinese are the in the top ten worse HR abusers on the planet. Now, I know every non-westerner struggles with the idea of HR but I don't. Kosovo should be allowed to secede just like Chechnya and Taiwan should, just like Vermont should if it so pleases.

How can I judge that the Russians and Chinese are immoral? Russia has a Police State and brutally takes out critics of their government and China massacres it's own people when they have non-violent protests like Tianamen Square and Tibet recently. That's why they are immoral because the government has no quams about massacring it's own people. If Russia thinks the West is living in a 'Illushion' of democracy, I think they need to take a look at their own circumstances, Putin will set up a dynasty that will be similar if not the same as every other ruling government Russia has ever had. Russia and China are the last countries in the world to tell me what is immoral and what is not. If anything it should be Sweden or something

That is incorrect.

Kosovo has supreme, independent authority within it's borders. Therefore they are sovereign, by definition.

Not true. You don't even know what sovereignty is, and you post on a political forum. You consult dictionaries which were made for complete ignorants.

Sovereignty is an exclusive right of conducting political power - legislative, executive and judicial.

Considering the 1st power (legislative) - they can not pass a single bill without the consent of Uncle Sam. Therefore - legislative power in Kosovo is in Uncle Sam's hands.

Second - executive civil power is in the hands of United Nations Mission in Kosovo - UNMIK. The resolution 1244 is still in power.

Third - the judicial power in Kosovo is a mockery.

The conclusion - the political power in Kosovo belongs to Uncle Sam.

Cuz ya know the American government poison critics of their policy all over the world? Russia and China are not in any position to lecture America about HR. Yeah, true American cops are a bit power hungry but I would rather deal with them then a Russian, Chinese or Serbian police officer because they CAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

As well Serbian policemen. There have been numerous trials for excessive use of force in Serbia since 1999. The cops are like kittens now. So you see - it's not about the society, it's all about the current government.
