President Bush greeting with President of Albania
 "In a phone conversation during the summit with Condi Rice, Bush asked his Sec. of State if Albanians were fulfilling the criteria to receive NATO invitation, "How are my Albanians doing?" Which goes to show the close relationship that Albania and the United States have."
