Taiwanese and Chinese are of same origin. One people, 2 countries. The same goes to North and South Korea. But Albanians and Serbs are different nations. The wars in the Balkans were all nationally motivated. Perhaps there are some Albanians in Kosovo that would love to see Kosovo within Serbia, but they are either an insignificant minority, or intimidated by the mafia in the government so that they can't speak freely.

Albanians from Kosovo ethnically cleansed more than 250,000 non-Albanians: Serbs, Jews, Gypsies and others; desecrated more than 150 Christian churches and monasteries and killed thousands in cold blood.

Oh, yes, certainly, and I've also heard a story that he is on cocaine or heroine for almost 15 years... Yeah right, and I'm a dodo bird...

How did you come with these numbers?
Did you forget 2,5 mil citizens of Kosovo - 1,5 or more with the right of vote (which you claim as people of Serbia) who don't wish Kosovo within Serbia borders? In Serbia, what about those people who didn't went out to elections? How can you say what they want?
Please, take it easy with these estimations, it isn't serious.

Considering the GAZPROM deal, I'm happy with it, no matter the money we lost.
Yeah, you didn't lost money, you lost more than that.
You made your country TOTALLY energy dependent of Russian gas in a time when every country tries to makes that a minimum, practically GAVE as a GIFT strongest state company, for what? What kind of ally did we got? What will they do for us? Useful in the past? Please, don't say that, so I won't have to give you examples of Russian "friendship".

And the East is becoming more powerful every day. I am pro-western orientated, I want to see Serbia within EU, but having Russia as a joker can't be bad for us.
Russia isn't our joker.
It's like you say that a crocodile is a pet to a fly...
East is stronger, but we're in Europe, not in Asia.
It's not logical and unnatural. It makes no much sense.

So are Americans and Canadians. Does that mean America owns Canada?

This is what makes nationalism very stupid.
I think that crucial thing for Serbia is the concept of citizenship, not national key. For me it's not matter is this guy Albanian, Croatian, Hungarian or Slovakian if he loves his country, and that is Serbia.

I would give a hand for my neighbors from childhood, and they're one Hungarian and one Slovakian.

And they showed to be severe better people and more loyal to their country then many "Serbians" are. And that makes one man a true patriot.

I agree with you, what makes you think I don't? But the "key" to the Balkan conflicts was nationality and ethnicity, not "citizenship". I gave that as an example to why there are no Albanian parties in Kosovo to desire reunification with Serbia. But I agree that should be overcome in order to have stable Balkans.

1,5 with the right to vote? You have about 120 000 serbs in the R. Kosova- so your # don't add up, unless you include Albanians as well ( and the other minorities, which make up about 3-5 % of the population in the Republic of Kosova )

More than 90 % of Kosova's people don't want to be apart of Serbia. Reality has its own language.

never......

Kosova was never part of serbia. Do u mean serbia would colonize again?\

that means another war.

and we are growing fast. in 20 years from now, we will be 6 million Kosovar albanians in Republic Kosova......do u know what that means?

While Serbia's total population will be reduced to less than 3 million.

serbs in Republic of Kosova will make less than 0.4%...

Besides, remember this one: Republic of Kosova has a strong potential to become an economical and political superpower in the Balkans.

The American and European universities have opened their technology, law, business, economy, political departments. American and European professors are giving lectures, preparing the next generation. Republic Kosova might become the Silicon Valley of Europe.

Already 5000 foreign companies have expressed their readiness to invest in Republic of Kosova.

And most importantly, Kosovars are determined to build a strong state!

Don't talk of Kosovo as it was some small Switzerland. Kosovo is the black hole of Europe. A poor piece of land with illiterate inhabitants whose main occupation is agriculture and with unemployment rate of 40%. Companies that show "readiness to invest" are not companies that invest. Kosovo is an unstable region, and no businessman invests because he "likes the country", but because it makes him profit. Businessmen don't feel their investments will be safe and lucrative in Kosovo, so forget about that. You can only live thanks to donations of EU.
