Kosovo should be a province within Serbia with the highest possible level of autonomy. Almost a country, but within Serbian borders. Something like Hong Kong has been in China until 1997. It was formally British, but de facto Chinese. That's what we are offering them. But the bosses from Washington told them not to accept the deal, for it would mean packing Uncle Sam's bags, and Uncle Sam did not build Bondsteel to leave.

I don't think we exactly had to twist their arms...

A golden cage, is still a cage. How can Kosova live with crime and with people who keep a sword of death for Albanians under the pillow they sleep on?! Serbia, and its people have made it clear throughout history that they are only interested in a Kosova i.e Dardania, without the Albanians.

Republic of KOsova is an independent and sovereign country.

This is false. Second thing besides this which I heard recently is that your "ministry of tourism" (or whatever is it called) stated that Serbian monasteries at Kosovo are Albanian cultural treasure or something like that, and you called local mountains "Albanian Alpes" or something like that? It's just trying to fabricate false history of Kosovo.


What national program? Main reason of Albanian demographic expansion on Kosovo lies not within any kind of "national program" but in other things. If you were tracking statistics, you would notice a slowdown in population growth of Albanian minority on Kosovo.
If this fantasy (I must call it so) of Kosovo having 100 milion of Albanians (what's that? Turkey has solemnly 80 mil of people or so) is true, there is no reason why wouldn't you stay within Serbia? Because of Serbian high mortality and low natality rate, that means that within 50 years or less, Serbians would be a minority in their own country. That guarantees you full power and larger territory. So, as long term national program - this has no any sense.



What is the best solution in Ahtisari plan? Ethnically clean state of Kosovo?!

Why Kosovo doesn't admit full autonomy of Kosovo within Serbia borders?
Just as I have noted on the other thread - during negotiations, Serbian government offered ALMOST full independance to Kosovars: to have full independence of executive, court, economy and lawmaking, but to have Serbian flags and borders.

Isn't that in a fact independence? And concerning strength and number of Albanian voters, that makes them strongest single voting body within Serbia?

Why not look like that, from Serbian side?
Or do you think that Kosovo has reached higher level of democracy than Serbia?

This is not true and I must protest for this kind of prejudice about Serbian people. This kind of thing makes bad blood between us.

I think that Albanians can be very good businessmen if they wish to cooperate. However, through history Albanians didn't wanted to cooperate within Serbia and with Serbs.

Neither one pro-kosovo-independist here replied on my arguments: why not within Serbia when they can have LEGALLY powerful influence within Serbia authority!?

And I forgot to mention: if you ask ANY geologist at Belgrade faculty of geology and mining, he will explain (and that is mentioned strongly in Serbia public by experts): there are no such economical mineral and mining resources within Kosovo as there is in politicians mouth! This was more than a dozen time told by science experts!
