1244 specifically says that Kosova is part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, NOT Serbia, just like it has never.
Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 2003 when it became Serbia and Montenegro.

the sooner you realize that 1244 is nothing but a mere agreement for deployment of nato and unmik, the better for you.. 1244 has nothing to do with serbia or status of kosovo. 1244 is a buffer to establish a peaceful process until the achievement of independence which it has happened and to protect the territory of kosovo, regardless of its status.

You forgot to say that those 90 % are actually of Albanian descent and came to Serbia illegaly through various means. It would be like Mexicans that come to the United States suddenly decide to form their own country on US soil.
