My dear misguided friend, Kosovo stole nothing. The fundamental concepts of humanism and enlightnement have prevailed in the case of kosovos formal independence, a great moral victory for the undeservedly persecuted Kosovars as well as for many other oppressed and tyrannised nations all over the world. the sooner this becomes clear to the nationalist chauvinist Serbs, the better.
Any effort to include another unwilling nation within the Serb territory is barbarism and takes us back to the primitive hordes of the neolithic.
If a state doesnt reflect the will of the people, the state is a mechanism of oppression.
So Kosovo is independent. It will never be part of Serbia...but it will be accepted into EU!

UN: no more talks on Kosovo status, only CEFTA and finances

Kosovo and Serbia will need to sit down to discuss various issues, but status of Kosovo shall not be the topic anymore.

Arrangement of bilateral relations in the level of economy, privatization and CEFTA are some of the discussions that the UN plans to initiate, an anonymous UN diplomat who is involved in the particular settlement, said to the Serbian daily, Blic.

"The talks should start at the time of the end of transition period, in June, when a special envoy will be accredited to mediate these talks by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon," added the UN diplomat.

Some European officials rumored about the new ideas regarding Kosovo, which were mentioned by Ki-moon, the UN Secretary General. These rumors created worrisome speculations among Western diplomats whether Ban Ki-moon would reopen new talks over Kosovo status under Russian pressure.

According to Blic international sources, "these new ideas are not about Kosovo status." As the problem of UNMIK remains unsolved within the UN, a preposition foresees two UN offices, one in Prishtina and one in Mitrovica, which will "exist formally but not act practically"

"All the authorities that are currently under the UN, will be transferred onto Kosovo institutions," was quoted a diplomat, closely following the recent discussions on Kosovo's post status issues. Consequently, the police, foreign policy and army are legally guaranteed according to the recently approved constitution by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo.

Fundamentally, the functioning of the EU mission is based on the Ahtisaari plan and the Kosovo Constitution, concluded the international diplomat.
