Well, I'm unwilling to take your word for it. The fact of the matter is that I have seen no evidence that the Chinese government believes that we deliberately targeted their embassy.

already know is accurate.
I am not interested in revenge or punishment. Just in preventing the same thing from happening in the future.

I dont assume so by default.
I have seen no evidence to suggest that the US government deliberately bombed a Chinese embassy just to see their reaction.
