Who was ethnically cleansing a population of Serbs? Source please.

Simply killing someone is not ethnic cleansing. Ethnic cleansing is the deliberate and systematic killing of people of a specific ethnic background. I have not seen evidence that anyone has tried to do that to Serbians in modern times.
