That incident is nothing. There will be no war in Kosovo any more, neither side is interested in provoking or waging one.
This issue has to be settled by diplomacy and negotiation. That means - going back of Belgrade and Pristina to the negotiation table again, but this time without foreign pressure.

Milosevic was a Serbian product. There's plenty more where "that" came from. Just take Kustonica as an e.g.,- the "soft" spoken version of Milosevic.
The Ultra-nationalists still have alot of power and influence in Serbia. They still have the same mindset as Milosevic. Which is dangerous, not only for Serbia itself, but for the whole Balkan region.
