To tell you the truth, I don't know. But what I do know is that the sign is Christian (the Trinitarian affirmation ). So they ( the Nazis ) must have " borrowed " the sign, just like they did with Caesar's salute, and with everything else. And considering that the Serbs are Orthodox, they too, must have got it from there.

The 3 finger salute used by the Serbs is seen as provocation by non- Serbs ( mainly by the Bosniaks, Albaians and Croats ). During the Balkan wars, the Serb forces used the 3 finger salute after/ and before their so called " military operations ". In other words, it's used in ways other than its primary peaceful Christian designation.

The 3-finger salute was first shown by Serbian basketball player Vlade Divac, in the beginning of the 1990's. Somehow everybody accepted it. It's no provocation, it's just a salute.

No hidden meaning in it though. Some people tried to interprete it as a unity of the father, the son and the holy spirit. But that's just church mumbo-jumbo... I never use it myself.

Just telling you how it comes accross by your neighbours. Considering that it was used during the Balkan wars by the Serbs, it is not associated with something good.

It ain't used in wars only. It's used in sport matches, and every other similar occasion. It's a salute.

I am aware of that, but since the wars it has received a rather negative meaning; i.e the Eurovision song contest in 2007 ( just to take that as an example ).

It's very well known who protected him. It's the same guy who advised him to abandon politics back in 1995: former high US official Richard Holbrooke.

Here's your proof:

Media speculation is continuing as to the existence of an agreement between Radovan Karadžić and Richard Holbrooke.

Holbrooke wanted one more deal, but, claims Blic’s source, the U.S. and the CIA then withdrew the informal protection that Karadžić had been enjoying.

Describing what form that informal protection took on the field, the source reveals that “U.S. soldiers stationed in Bosnia in 1996 and 1997 received written orders stating that they must not arrest the most wanted fugitive if they happened to find him.”

Karadžić’s immunity among other intelligence agencies, such as the French and the British, was part of the agreement with the CIA.

Looks like you're the one sliding from reality all along, but we knew that in the first place, didn't we?

The point is this: Serbian government never hid or protected Radovan Karadzic. It was USA that did that. Serbian intelligence only arrested him after acquiring information on his whereabouts.

I believe Hashim Thaci, Haradinaj and other "political leaders" of Kosovo, criminal scum in fact, will meet justice after USA stops protecting them as well.
