And you should know about the law man first, the burden to of proof rests on the prosecution, i agree with you and all the people of the world that criminals should be charged, but if you got no evidence or sufficient evidence, accusations fly from one ear in to the other out. Blame your serbian lawyers that could not bring a sufficient enough discovery against these "criminal" kosovars. maybe you should study law and appeal the verdict, but i dont have any hope that there will be any major finding. it was sad that in the slovakian bosnian and croatian war serbs were accusing their own neighbours of bombing killing looting and raping their own people, those lies had short legs and we are here today because of that.

all the best finding mladic, cooperate with icc, engage with eu and improve relations with your new neighbour, you know deep inside that it will happen.
and as a int law supporter you should sponsor this way.
That "all Serbs are against any compromise with the Hague Tribunal" statement of yours is pure crap.

In Serbia, in the last 8 years, the only parties who have been ruling are the ones who are PRO arresting and sending the accused to Hague, and all of them based their political platform on that. The Democratic party which won the elections, is the strongest propagator of arresting the accused.

So, you see, high majority of Serbs are voting for such policies, and that means high majority of Serbs is FOR arresting war criminals, which is so normal.

The Hague Tribunal is pretty biased, but that does not mean those men are not guilty. The main mistake of the Tribunal is not accusing some other criminals, like Thaci and others. That's because Uncle Sam is the main financier of that court and he decides who will be accused and who will not.

Clinton, Wesley Clark, Madelaine Albright, Tony Blair and some other people are all war criminals. But they belong to this world's strongest nations, so it's unlikely for them to be found behind bars.

Justice is selective, it's been like that forever. The one who has the might, has the power to decide about others.

In pictures: Karadzic detained

Captured war crimes suspect Radovan Karadzic was working in a medical clinic in Belgrade , sporting a long white beard, and calling himself Dragan Dabic, said a Serb official.

He too, was found just outside Belgrade. Is this a surprise? No, hardly. Serbia know very well where their war criminals are "hiding".

That's the latest news I heard on Serbian TV B92, but there was no additional information.
Reading through some of the comments made by Serbs on the Serbian news site B92; it's just disgraceful. How can even people defend this man?! To defend what he has done is beyond reason!

Some even say that Tadic should be tried for treason, others view Radovan as a hero, etc. It's really shameful. But then again what can one expect?

The Serbian Orthodox Church and their priests have played a big role before/ and during the wars in the Balkans, and they still do.

" The religious sentiment of the Servians [i.e. Serbians] is neither deep nor warm. Their churches are generally empty, except on very great Church festivals, and on political festivals. The Servians of our day consider the Church as a political institution, in some mysterious manner connected with the existence of the nation. They do not allow anyone to attack her, nor to compromise her, although, when she is not attacked, they neglect her. " - Cedomil Mijatovic ( Serbian diplomat and historian )

This holds to this day.
