The Hague Tribunal is pretty biased, but that does not mean those men are not guilty. The main mistake of the Tribunal is not accusing some other criminals, like Thaci and others. That's because Uncle Sam is the main financier of that court and he decides who will be accused and who will not.

 Captured war crimes suspect Radovan Karadzic was working in a medical clinic in Belgrade , sporting a long white beard, and calling himself Dragan Dabic, said a Serb official. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/in_pictures/7518646.stm He too, was found just outside Belgrade. Is this a surprise? No, hardly. Serbia know very well where their war criminals are "hiding".
