Moreover, the arrest of Radovan Karadzic is nothing more than a political game from Serbia's part, in order to enter EU. If Serbia TURLY had wanted their war criminals arrested, Serbia would have done that long time ago, and not 13 + years later.

But what I notice most about this situation is that Serbia could have handed Radovan and even Ratko Mladic over to the Hauge years ago - but they chose not to. Now as they are desperate to join the EU they will do what ever the EU asks of them!
