Arrow The Hague Tribunal is illegal: Karadic has been kidnapped

Article 32 states that the expenses of the Tribunal shall be borne by the regular budget of the United Nations.

The Tribunal has received substantial funds from individual States, private foundations and corporations in violation of Article 32 of its Charter.

In 1994/95, the United States provided $700,000 in cash and $2,300,000 worth of equiptment. That same year the Open Society Institute, a foundation established by George Soros, contributed $150,000, and the Rockefeller family, through the Rockefeller foundation, contributed $50,000 and there have been donations from Time-Warner and Disney.

Karadic has been kidnapped...the court is illegal, in violation of it's own Charter...it's a Mickey Mouse court.

Everybody knows it's an anti-Serbian court.

The government of Serbia gave 40,000 pages of documented Albanian war crimes, but the prosecution had no time to accuse that scumbag bastard "the Snake" Thaci, who shakes hands with Bush these days.

The court is financed and supported by people like Soros, famous Serb hater, a stock market speculant and one of the loudest propagators of Kosovar independence, by the Rockefellers, which I won't spend my words on, and by many other people from the shadow...

But it's a harsh reality. Sending Radovan Karadzic to Hague was a necessary step for Serbia. If he really is guilty, then let him rot in prison. I have no problem with that.

But I have a huge problem with not accusing Hashim Thaci, and with releasing Haradinaj and Naser Oric. That shows what a mockery of a court it is.

AmusedToDeath, you know what they say - TOMORROW NEVER DIES.

Today we need to collect all information and register everything the NATO countries do, so that tomorrow can use the facts to bring them to justice.

I agree. Everything will come to the right place eventually. There's an old expression in Serbia, saying: "nobody's candle burned till dawn".

NPR, I don't prefer the video you posted. It shows two guys I really don't share my views with: first being Kostunica (whom I consider to be a total retard), and the other one being Milosevic, who I have been protesting against from the time I started watching news on TV.

This guy is my guy, rest his soul:

Sorry to break up your duo Jerk, but let criminals be prosecuted unless you support genocide.

I agree with you about the Hague Court - its just a circus.

I think Karadic should be tried in Serbia!

But as for your little Slavic NATO hate-party .... Dream on pal, - it will never happen. NATO will expand into a league of true World Democracies & will remain the Dominent force in the World for the forseeable future.

Maybe Russia will qualify to join one day when they evolved.

You post nonsense once again. But I'm used to that. Next time read something, inform and educate yourself and post after that.

Quote:
BELGRADE -- A public session of the Special Department of the Supreme Court of Serbia will deal with appeals against the first degree verdicts in the Đinđić assassination case.

“The public session will consider the appeals lodged against the first degree verdicts in the murder of Zoran Đinđić, handed by the Special Department of the District Court in Belgrade, against Milorad Ulemek Legija and others,” spokeswoman Vesna Dabić said.

The verdict in the Prime Minister Zoran Đinđić assassination case was read on May 23, 2007.

Ulemek, a former commander of the Special Operations Unit, was sentenced to 40 years in prison after being found guilty of organizing the March 2003 murder.

His former deputy commander Zvezdan Jovanović, whom the court found to have been the shooter, received the same sentence.

Members of the so-called Zemun Gang, Aleksandar Simović, Vladimir Milisavljević, Ninoslav Konstatinović and Sretko Kalinić were each sent to prison for 35 years.

Dušan Krsmanović, Miloš Simović, Milan Jurišić, member of the JSO Željko Tojaga, and the former state security, DB, employee Branislav Bezarević were handed sentences of 30 years in prison.

Former member of the JSO Saša Pejaković was sentenced to serve an eight-year term.
