I think Brussels got something else to think about. A few days ago in Warsaw, three children of Russian diplomats were heavily beaten by a group of 15 youths shouting anti-Russian slogans.
Looks like Poland well took over the policy of dual standards successfully used by its Big Brother America. Poland lays claims to invented problem of Polish minority in Byelorussia. At the same time such an outrageous event on the territory of Poland is represented as an ordinary mugging (by the way, this is not for the first time that Russian people were attacked in Poland).
I'm absolutely sure it wasn't an ordinary incident as the attackers first checked the IDs of the three to be sure they were Russians and only after that stated beating them.
That's exactly the situation in Poland that Brussels will have to consider. Poland pretends to be a kind of trend setter in the New Europe and might set the bad pattern to many new EU members. I doubt it will help consolidation of European Union experiencing its bad days.
