Default Summer Youth Camps of Georgia, Eastern Europe

This summer I had a chance to visit a couple of summer youth camps in Georgia with a joint name PATRIOT. Hum... You know what? IMHO they were terribly resembling training camps for Islamic militants in Afghanistan and Chechnia I used to visit as a journalist a few years ago.
There were altogether some 15,000 youngsters from Georgia "taking rest" in those camps, the overwhelming majority of them being from socially unfortunate families - you know, this type becomes perfect soldiers. Virtually, president Saakashvili was inciting the young "patriots" to self-giving serving for Georgia's re-unification (which I assume to be war against disobedient autonomies of Georgia - Abkhazia and South Ossetia)..
Now, do you see what the money given to Georgia by the West is expended on? Not democratic developments but dispositions for a war! Indeedy, these martial ventures of Saakashvili are certainly endangering energy safety of the very West himself.
