Theres Fench soldier in Afghanistan and all over the place. I'm fully aware of that.

My point was they are not being used in combat roles in such places as Afghanistan..and neither are the Germans for that matter.


When the NATO commander in Afghnaistan calls for 2,500 troops while he has thousands of French and Germans available already in country but who aren't allowed to be used. There is a problem.

It is not TH FIRST FRENCH PLANE DROPPING THE FIRST BOMB.

The Rafale is the latest french fighter, entered in service has ground attack, since less than a years, so it was its first action of war.

Before Mirage 2000 and Super Etendard dropped many bombs....
