I don't see anything wrong with giving brave veterans (who sacrificed their all for us)...who suffer from PTSD the Purple Heart. I'm assuming that they performed deeds of incredible valor and that's why they were awarded the PH...I don't see anything wrong with that. In no way shape or form did the PTSD affect how they preformed their duty on the battlefield.
