It appears I know more about this than he does. The other hosts certainly did-he's incorrect.

There is no congressional investigation and there never was-Canks is being investigated by the FBI-and not only has she not been cleared-the investigation has been expanded, new agents have been put on the case (150 full time), and now key witnesses are being granted immunity.

PS-I started this thread, and I've been intimately aware of whats going on and developments as they have been made-I wouldn't call that closed minded, I'd call Castro's comments ignorant at best, and deceitful at worst.

You are trying to interject doubt where there is none-she had over 1000 classified documents she could not legally have on her private server.
These range from the seemingly insignificant to documents classified as higher than top secret-but they are ALL illegal to be in possession of-and she does not get to decide what is and is not classified.

When someone mentions they weren't marked classified I instantly know they don't understand the laws she is under investigation for-markings do not determine if a documents are classified, full stop.

She was also required to return all classified documents and the fact that they were taken from her private server AFTER she ended her term is evidence on its face of another violation.

All of this is known by the agencies that are investigating-your excuses don't change that. Canks wont be able to say "well, I think you over classified that"-its an excuse she will never make because she knows its a losing argument. Her supporters will try, but her supporters aren't going to be able to help.

As for your question 5, first we don't know what laws she will charged with breaking, we don't know what evidence the FBI has, and we don't know that it will be a jury trial.

What we do know-is it not only looks bad for canks, but that with each day its looking increasingly worse.

Not being charged does not mean she did not commit a crime-but on that note if that was to happen it would transparently partisan and likely harm the democrats. Thats only if the FBI makes the recommendation and DOJ sits on it-but even then its exceedingly likely that there would be leaks at a politically inopportune time for canks.

If she is found innocent, it would mean she would also have been tried-btw the verdict would be "not guilty", which is not the same as "innocent".

Remind away, this threads been going since september, over 6 months its unlikely I will have forgotten.

BTW-I am merely part of the court of public opinion-which is everything in politics.
My opinion does not in any way determine if she's prosecuted.
