I am referring to the picture in the OP. That picture is from February of this year, taken in Charleston, South Carolina before its primary. Where you got '5 years ago' from, I have no idea.
She has a history of falls with concussions before the big one that resulted in double vision. A major venous drainage port, termed a "sinus", was "clotted" during that event.
