I cannot help but notice the support aid being offered is like
for someone about to faint, or is off balance.
Notice the grip on the upper arm.

Hillary is "known" to fall and suffer concussions.
Even a concussion causing no neurological symptoms can yield Post Concussion Syndrome

    http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/post-concussion-syndrome/basics/definition/con-20032705
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-concussion_syndrome
Dizziness is another common symptom reported in about half of people diagnosed with PCS and is still present in up to a quarter of them a year after the injury.
About 10% of people with PCS develop sensitivity to light or noise, about 5% experience a decreased sense of taste or smell, and about 14% report blurred vision. People may also have double vision or ringing in the ears, also called tinnitus. PCS may cause insomnia, fatigue, or other problems with sleep.
Psychological conditions, which are present in about half of people with PCS, may include irritability, anxiety, depression, and a change in personality. Other emotional and behavioral symptoms include restlessness, aggression, and mood swings. Some common symptoms, such as apathy, insomnia, irritability, or lack of motivation, may result from other co-occurring conditions, such as depression.
Common symptoms associated with a diagnosis of PCS are related to cognition, attention, and memory, especially short-term memory, which can also worsen other problems such as forgetting appointments or difficulties at work. In one study, one in four people diagnosed with PCS continued to report memory problems a year after the injury, but most experts agree that cognitive symptoms clear within six months to a year after injury in the vast majority of individuals.

We Know Hillary has had several concussions due to "falls".
We Know of one that resulted in "hard neurological signs & symptoms" with double vision.

Is Hillary really, physically fit to be President?

Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.

    Who cares?

Even if she was in worse shape that the titular star of "Weekend at Bernie's", as an option for POTUS, she would still be light years ahead of Trump.

Exactly, she is suffering some kind of event
and her "handlers" know, do NOT let her fall.

    Why the event?
The list includes Cardiovascular, Neurological, Metabolic, etc.

YES, She has a history of falls,
    even 5 years ago.

Truly the "pants suit" image of her looks more recent than 5 years,
but I can accept 5 years for the same point.

The incident misrepresented as ill health was a slip on an icy step, last February. My bad, I said years, not months.

" ...A number of right-wing websites are circulating an old picture of Hillary Clinton slipping while walking up a flight of stairs to question the Democratic nominee's health ahead of the election.
The photograph, which was taken of Clinton as she slipped at the top of a staircase in South Carolina on February 24, is falsely being presented as some form of proof the 68-year-old is in poor health. ..."

I am referring to the picture in the OP. That picture is from February of this year, taken in Charleston, South Carolina before its primary.

Where you got '5 years ago' from, I have no idea.

She has a history of falls with concussions before the big one that resulted in double vision.
A major venous drainage port, termed a "sinus", was "clotted" during that event.

I hope Trump and Hillary reveal Brain Scans. MRI and PET (reveals function) Scans please.
    Then we can fairly evaluate.
Dueling Brain Scans, can you dig it?

Not to mention a history of very suspicious under the counter deals. Everything is for sale at the Clinton flea market.
