    The OP: Like moving Assets into the region actually means sending help. Sorry ti doesn't it merely means they may be avaialble to help if some one actually bothers to commit them to help.

    Obama and the entire administration including State, the CIA, intelligence and the military WON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THE KNEW UNTIL AFTER THE ELEC.....ER, INVESTIGATION.

    Blue Mountain Security was hired to protect the perimeter of the Consulate.. They knew there was a problem a couple of hours earlier.. Why didn't they do their jobs?

    Benghazi is crawling with security.. The Brits, the Turks...

    Were they indifferent or afaid is was an ambush for first responers?

    Well, that's very curious to me.. Was that because it was a covert op, or what?

    Help came in from Tripoli if you recall... but late.

    Obama has good military advisors.. General Ham was in the States at the Pentagon on Sept 11th (I thought he was in DC)

    And, I am still wondering WHY the terrorists hit the Consulate...

    I don't think you actually know that.

    Why didn't Blue Mountain Security maintain the perimeter as they were hired to do?

    Were they simply taking the evening off?

    The agreement between Libya and the US dictated that and is one of the reasons the CIA has a separate compound.

    You are right about them being unarmed..

    Heck.. they hired a teacher who had NO training to guard the Consulate.

    Blue Mountain Chief Executive Officer Nigel Thomas, a former British special forces member, did not respond to emails or phone calls.

    Thank you for reminding us that Barack Obama outsourced consulate security to foreigners. Kinda makes him look a little silly whining about Romney outsourcing, doesn't it?

    How could you possibly know that? Were you there in the situation room? Mac, sometimes you make a fool of yourself.

    Commandos were dispatched from Sicily but arrived too late.

    There are no dead Arabs around the consulate who were killed by US aircraft or commandos sent by Obama.

    How many? I have not seen any numbers anywhere.

    It looks to me like the Consulate and CIA annex were very exposed.. and the thinking may have been to avoid hiring psychos as guards like they did in Iraq... shooting innocent people..

    But the guy heading up the security operation certainly had no experience nor any brains about risk assessment.
