According to the FBI.gov website, of 5,136 hate crimes in a recent year:
40% were simple assault

35% were intimidating their victims

24% were aggravated assault

The 35% were convicted of hate crimes without any assault. This seems to disprove your point.

 

We are still waiting for an example of this, other than the hysterical imaginations of "oppressed" Whiny White Men.

Man Suspected In Robbery Attempt, Hate Crime


SAN DIEGO -- A man was arrested on Saturday following an attempt to rob two pedestrians by blocking their path with his bike and demanding cash while yelling racial slurs at them, San Diego police said.

A man and a woman, who were both white, were walking east in the 900 block of F Street just before 1 p.m. Saturday, when they were approached by a black man riding a bike, according to San Diego police Officer Frank Cali.

The suspect allegedly yelled racial slurs at the pair and demanded cash from them as he blocked their path with his bike, police said.

The intended victims moved around the would-be robber to get away, Cali said. The suspect followed them briefly but rode away without any money.

Neither victim was injured.

Police located a man who matched the suspect's description, identified as Halbert Sadler, at 1600 Broadway, Cali said. Sadler was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and a hate crime.

Daytona man accused of racial slur during fight charged with hate crime

DAYTONA BEACH -- A 51-year-old man has been charged with battery hate crime after he pummeled a black neighbor and used a racial epithet against the victim, police said.

The suspect, Randy Allen Neubert, who is white, also yelled out slurs against John Noel just before the two men began to tussle in front of their apartment building in the 300 block of Palmetto Avenue on Thursday night, said Police Chief Mike Chitwood.

When an officer arrived at the apartment building just after 9 p.m., Neubert and Noel, 29, were fighting. Neubert told the officer he had a laceration on his face and an EVAC ambulance took Neubert to Halifax Health Medical Center, Chitwood said.

When the officer went to the hospital just before 10:30 p.m. to check on Neubert, he was told the suspect had not stayed to receive treatment for his injury.

At about 11:15 p.m., police were called out to the same address, Chitwood said.

Neubert had hurled a beer can at Noel's chest and yelled out, "I will kill you (racial slur)."

Then Neubert began hitting Noel, the chief said.

Neubert was taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail where he was being held Friday on $2,000 bail.

Non-blacks according to the FBI. Blacks make up 12.2% of the population, but commit 18.5% of hate crimes. Any idea why they commit so many hate crimes?

Yep, racism still exists institutionally, on both whites and blacks. Blacks are less likely to be charged with hate crime even if it's clear as day, and get advantages via AA. However, the law enforcement and court system as racist as (*)(*)(*)(*) towards black people, and the 'drug war' pretty much locks up non violent blacks at a ridiculous rate, despite there being as many white offenders.

If there wasn't so much racism by the government, I think race relations would be much better in this country.
