Nydstrom just testified that he had been told twice by the bimbo Lamb in charge back in DC "do not ask for more reinforcements", first in Feb, and again in June. That there was political pressure to not provide more security. And that he and the Ambassodor felt so strongly about it, they made requests anyway. OBTW, after being told "don't ask", ............... good luck with that !

They couldn't send support to Benghazi, but we can send support to Jordan?

    Very interesting.

Now, where would political pressure come from???

Wow....watching it now. This is unbelievable! They are talking about all the attacks this year at the embassy...this has been a major cover-up. Go Issa!

Some of the reports coming out of the hearings are online now.

    This headline caught my attention:

State Department: We Monitored Libya Attack ‘In Almost Real Time’

    Say what???

    "The correct number of assets"?

After what happened, how could anyone presume to make such a preposterous claim? :boo:

That is likely true. And at the same time, only an idiot would fail to realize that the attitude and standpoint of the person that happened to be sitting in the presidential office, is exactly what is ultimately responsible for the huge number of very questionable, dishonest, atrocious things that have been happening SOMEWHERE in this govt or Administration over the past 4 years.

Romney wouldn't have hired that lame ass Holder. Bush wouldn't have hired that twit Geithner, NO ONE with a brain would have hired Van Jones, Napalitano- ha ha ha, and on and on and on and on and on and on.

Umm, I'm pretty sure there was a better chance if they hadn't pulled out the sixteen man special ops security team, misted of leaving security to a militia.

You're right, our embassies get over ran, along with our ambassadors being killed all the time.
So Libya and Afghanistan, are both war zones? I thought Libyans loved us for riding them of Kahdafi?

    You are a shill.

So far, such as Ambassador Kennedy is trying to stick with the sotry that such is what "Inelligence" was saying. Even though his own analysis that it was an organized terrorist was made the day after. Even though the LTC and Nordstrom said they knew immediately that it was an arganized attack. Even though they have found no one who can document that there was a demonstration in Benghazi, as there was not one. Supposedly, there is this emerging story from Stae that "Intelligence" was running with this story, and everyone keyed of that. What a massive pile of crap.

They will not get that info from this group. I wonder if they will ever find that person who magically called all the shots that this was a "mob mad about a video" ... what a crock.

Mike Kelly, Dennis Ross and Trey Gowdy are going off about the video story. As you pointed out, somebody had to concoct that story, and why was Susan Rice still spouting that bull(*)(*)(*)(*) 5 days after an attack that State admitted that it watched in "almost real time"???

Gowdy wants to haul Rice before the committee and answer, under oath, where she came up with the story that "what happened in Benghazi was IN FACT initially a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired hours before in Cairo, almost a copycat of the demonstrations against our facility in Cairo, prompted by the video."

Let's repeat Rice's words again: "IN FACT"

I don't think this is going away this afternoon...

It'll be interesting to see if ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC and the rest of Obama's running dogs in the MSM will have the stones to run Gowdy's statements.

Dana Rohrabacher's making some good points, too. Ugh...

    *facepalm*

Never ceases to amaze me that Benghazi and F&F hasn't the legs afforded Watergate, even though Watergate resulted in no deaths. This may end the careers or both Obama and Clinton.

LTC Wood and Nordstrom were impressive.

"The Taliban is inside the building", referring to the fact that their biggest enemies in securing our diplomats was not Al Qeada, but our own government.
