    if that is from organic grass fed cows it looks healthy and good to eat, the okra, olives, celery, lemons, squash, and pickles are all good.

    if the juice is made from cane sugar and not high fructose corn syrup, that would healthy too. since alcohol is a solvent, have to be careful with what its mixed with.

    the shrimp have mercury, i usually get my fish oil from purified capsules instead of sea food so that is probably the only thing i wouldn't eat there.

    cayenne pepper would balance the negatives from too much salt there, since it increases circulation. that is if salt or too much sodium increases a stroke risk. that is not conclusive in my opinion.

    all in all it is a good breakfast

    I got a lecture from a cashier about organic once. I had bought some organic fruit and she told me the only difference was the price. I told her to let me enjoy thinking that organic meant healthy not more expensive.

    Just got another baby goat today. A little boy as far as I can tell. I wish I could post pictures. I have three more expecting any day now....This is fun!!!!

    No, not yet, it is sweetened with stevia and cane sugar.

    I am cutting back on sugar, well except for at lunch today, had a hot fudge sunday chocolate cake..it was good, probably not gonna look good when it shows up on the scales.

    My Border collie has learned how to unlatch the gate, he met us at the front door when we got home, wagging his tail, I am sure he thought his happiness would erase our aggravation. I thought at first he had jumped the fence, but no the gate was open. He has also tried to turn the door knob with his paws and teeth. The blue heeler watches it and takes it all in as if to say let him do the work..lol. They are both too cute to be angry with for more than a minute.

    The trouble is the momma is so skiddish. But my wife picked up the baby and we did manage to get it on dryer ground. She is a very good mother.
