Honey Baked Ham have outlets that make sandwiches right there
per customer order.Every ingredient is paper wrapped for freshness
and to keep from being fingered. They also have really good cheese
like sliced Brie to go with different type breads.

grilled bell peppers, sliced marinated sun-dried tomatoes and
    freshly grated cheese.

Im not sure if it qualifies as a sandwich..but Im kinda partial to a burger
    at "Five Guys".

As for a classic sandwich..I suppose I'd have to go with
2 eggs over easy, bacon and cheddar on an onion/egg bagel from a genuine bagel shop on Long Island.

I am rather wary of even asking this- but - what is American cheese? And how is it any different to ordinary cheese?
