And everyone says she isn't qualified. People are figuring out that Romney is a huge flip flopper and his healthcare plan was the predecessor to Obamacare. I think people are waking up to the fact that Palin clearly is a patriot who loves her country and military and is worried that jobs are not being created. They are waking up to the fact that she was right that the moritorium on drilling was wrong and it cost the people of Louisiana and the Gulf Coast states tens of thousands of jobs. They know she will crank up those domestic independently owned drilling rigs everywhere and put people back to work stimulating the economies of where the production is. Romney is a used car salesman and he is about to be shut out by a juggernaut named Sarah Palin when she officially announces her run for the Presidency. The fact that she is just a civilian and has taken the lead ahead of him tells you something right there.

The first vote of the 2012 presidential election is still at least six months away, but polls in the race are already coming fast and furious—and frequently offer competing results.

Case in point: A new Reuters/Ipsos poll released Wednesday afternoon finds Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney statistically tied in the race for the GOP nomination—with 22 percent of likely GOP votes supporting the former Alaska governor and 20 percent choosing the ex-governor of Massachusetts.

If its Palin vs Romney in the primaries, Im picking Palin.

Theres is one thing Im sure of...

No one is working Sarahs mouth like a puppet. She may say the wrong thing from time to time, but she'll do whats right for America, rather than whats right for herself.

In the end, Thats the only thing Im interested in...

This is what cracks me up about the sheer folly that are Palin followers.

Romney has pout together a platform.

    http://www.mittromney.com/issues

A pretty weak one, but a platform nonetheless.

Palin has no platform. She has vague ideologies that really do not translate into anything but soundbites for idiots.

However, her followers are so rabid and so vacuous that they support her for president without her having a platform.

How sad of a statement is that for America? For the GOP? A moron with no plan is the front runner, according to one poll?

    She's not a candidate.

What issues of hers do you need help on?

She's not a canddate, bbut she is in the lead? I am afraid I do not understand. More folks favor people not running with no platform than folks running with platforms?

Do the Republicans even want to have a shot come the 2012 election? At least nominate somebody who doesn't always have a 'Deer in the Headlights' look on her face as she stares down at some notes she scribbled down on her hand.

Good! I truly hope she's the Republican nominee. The next election cycle, they can put up Bachmann.

Yep, they always want a Rino (Republican in name only) to run against them, so the conservatives and libertarians stay at home. It's a form of voter suppression. But, we are no neophytes here. ;)

What departments will she cut to cut spending? What is she going to do to end the wars in the Middle East, a phased withdrawal or a sudden one? How will she balance homeland security with individual rights?

So she does nto have a plan, and yet her supporters seem to agree with her.

Odd, isn't it? That folks would agree with the unknown, that the cult of personality overrides critical thought.

I don't expect her to do squat until she decided to run and officially gets in the race. Can't vote for her if she's not running so why should I demand a platform now?

So you would know if you should bother supporting her? Because if you were asked to participate in a poll such as that in the OP you would have an actual answer based on knowledge other than perkiness?

That's a good answer if I was polled. I never seem to be asked. :( But I know enough about her to make a reasonable assumption about her becasue her views already align with mine. I'm certainly not voting for Obama.

Good news! I plan on voting for her in the nomination. She's Obama's best hope. She'd get destroyed.
