How about those tolerant, open minded left-wingers!! Prior to the left-wing machine organizing protests of Gov. Scott Walker, they took it upon themselves to superglue the locks of a Catholic school. Not only did lefties prove themselves to be the biggest turds at the lowest part of the sewer with these actions, they also showed once again that they are bigots. They chose to do this to a Catholic school, therefore they are bigots.

It is so comical to hear lefties talk about education, yet here we have an example of them destroying school property...ahhh yes...the left-wing wing hypocricy is alive and well, as is their extreme bigotry and violence. Yeah, lefties care about children, yeah right. They only care about exploiting children to further their marxist agenda, that is all.

Messmer Preparatory Catholic School makes liberal public schools look real bad. Messmer is an inner city success story. It's in a low income area of Milwaukee with a predominantly African American student body, yet 85% of their student go on to college and universities. No wonder the union thugs hate them.

The state spends twice as much per pupil as the tuition at Messemer and what do they get for results?

For what it is worth, when I was 17 we did the same thing at our high school. It was apolitical as we just wanted of get out of class.

"It started late in the night when vandals glued several doorlocks shut."

Never said it was due to union workers, or anyone on the left. Just vandals.

I grew up in the country and one year the senior students hauled an outhouse to the school and set it up in front of the entrance as a Halloween prank. I don't think the outhouse belonged to a political party.

My friend and I also would dump bags of concrete mix down the drain at the school right before a big rain. Guaranteed to flood the math building.

As I have no children, I am still paying for that in my property taxes.

For the record I registered as a Republican when I was 18.

We also put a VW bug on the roof of the school, blocked the road to the school parking lot with used tires, put old Playboy centerfolds up everywhere, and sold fake student body cards at a discounted price.

Oh ye who pretends to not be so buried in the Marxist dogma of today's liberal democrat party... You have the gall to say "how could one know?" Oh indeed, how could one know??? that route is an easy road to take, do you have the personal courage to travel down it? I have my doubts, as you seem to desire an easy way out of every thing, like all liberals...

    1. The right has been pulling the socailist, communist, marxist card for the last 80 to possibly 110 years. It's getting old, and it doesn't work.

    2. How do you who did it? Did you see it? Did you glue some locks?

    3. I'm not a liberal.

    Very impressive.

Off topic, but what the hell the whole thread is a joke: a few years ago I lived in a small town north of Winnipeg. The kids all went to one school and they decided together to do their hair the same in cycles. First they all grew it out in a contest to see who could have the longest, then they shaved it off. When it grew back they all colored their hair blond. Every kid did it - probably 100 in all. It got to the point where people from other towns could tell a kid from our town by the hairstyle.

Drove half the parents nuts, the other half thought it was hilarious.

    Walker’s Vindication
The controversial Wisconsin budget reform saves teachers’ jobs.
    Aug 1, 2011, Vol. 16, No. 43 • By JOHN MCCORMACK

Emily Koczela had been anxiously waiting for months for Wisconsin governor Scott Walker’s controversial budget repair bill to take effect. Koczela, the finance director for the Brown Deer school district, had been negotiating with the local union, trying to get it to accept concessions in order to make up for a $1 million budget shortfall. But the union wouldn’t budge.

    Newscom

“We laid off 27 [teachers] as a precautionary measure,” Koczela told me. “They were crying. Some of these people are my friends.”

On June 29 at 12:01 a.m., Koczela could finally breathe a sigh of relief. The budget repair bill—delayed for months by protests, runaway state senators, and a legal challenge that made its way to the state’s supreme court—was law. The 27 teachers on the chopping block were spared.

With “collective bargaining rights” limited to wages, Koczela was able to change the teachers’ benefits package to fill the budget gap. Requiring teachers to contribute 5.8 percent of their salary toward pensions saved $600,000. Changes to their health care plan—such as a $10 office visit co-pay (up from nothing)—saved $200,000. Upping the workload from five classes, a study hall, and two prep periods to six classes and two prep periods saved another $200,000. The budget was balanced.

“Everything we changed didn’t touch the children,” Koczela said. Under a collective bargaining agreement, she continued, “We could never have negotiated that—never ever.” Koczela, a graduate of Smith College and Duke University Law School, is no Republican flack. She says she’s a “classic Wisconsin independent. I vote both parties. I voted for Senator [Russ] Feingold but I voted for [Republican state] Senator Alberta Darling too.”

Schools Saving Under Gov. Walker Budget
by Warrior on Aug 19, 2011
We kept hearing over and over – and over and over and over… from Democrats that schools would “suffer horribly” and goodness, “WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN”?

    * Appleton—saves $3.1 million through competition among health insurance providers.
    * Ashland—saved almost $378,000 thanks to being free to choose its health insurance provider.
    * Baraboo—switched insurance providers to save $660,000 next year.
    * Edgerton—anticipates insurance savings of $500,000.
    * Elmbrook—estimates savings through health insurance changes at $878,000.
    * Fond du Lac—will save enough to offset a $4.4 million budget shortfall.
    * Kaukauna—will hire more teachers, reduce class sizes and introduce merit pay.
    * Kimberly—saved $821,000 by changing insurance providers.

School districts are now free to choose insurance providers. Public employees are now free to decide annually whether their union is doing them any good and whether to pay the dues government employers will no longer automatically withhold.

This represents only one aspect of the budget bill’s positive impact, breaking the teacher union’s near-monopoly status as health insurance provider to school districts.

All are doing well, after all. The sky hasn’t fallen, teachers still have their jobs and insurance (more than some of us can afford since we have to pay for theirs), and no student has been harmed.
yeah, those evil Republicans ,trying to save schools. They tried blocking the law=failed,They tried voting out a Conservative Judge=failed,They tried over taking the WI Senate=failed. Now they are going to try recalling Walker, which will also fail miserably.

The 'right' has been been right for the last few years. Marxists and other scum have usurped what was the Democrat party.

Since you are naive enough to play this game:

    2. What do you mean? Speculation is only allowed when it represents the Marxist view? I see how you want to play... We don't need to see it, we see patterns, we see the same thing over and over again. If you choose to dispute, please make a valid comment on how such a pattern is broken by this act in a manner that at least in the minimum reflects reality.

    3. Really? You have the balls to that far???? I'm almost shocked. You are a liberal. You keep trying to deny it, but (*)(*)(*)(*), you are as liberal. You simply can't admit it. Which is totally acceptable, because no normal thinking person ever would. So either you wish to be normal or you simply can't accept what you are.

Hysterical, the night before a union goon protest at the school, "somebody" super glues the door locks. Even Forrest Gump could figure out who did it.

Yeah, it really worked for the 1936 presidental elections. It really worked with McCarthy, It really worked with Dr. MLK jr. It really worked with Obamacare.

    I actually prefer monopoly.

I'm sorry, does the phrase innocent until proven guilt mean anything to you?

Who knows me better? You, or me who has taken political affilation tests, to tell me, I am a left centrist?

The Democrat Party of Kennedy is dead.Only a very few Blue Dogs even exist anymore.Reagan once said "I didnt leave the Democrat Party,The Democrat Party left me"
