I don't know if we actually have any Wall Street Protesters around here. But if we do, which I think would be great, doesn't it make more sense to protest Wall Street on Wall Street?

Obama shouldn't get a pass. But then, Obama hasn't gotten a pass. You guys have done a pretty thorough job of protesting every mistake he's made, real or imaginary. But you've given Wall Street a pass, so someone has to take up the slack there.

Perhaps....if they had a fricking clue on what they were protesting. Its nothing more than a Scape Goat Protest on Wall Street.

The predicament we face isnt due to Wall Street......its the product of Statist Government.....with Barack HusSame Obama as its poster boy and ring leader.

The election of Wall Street's #1 Crony--Barack HusSame Obama.......

.......is evident of a plethora of Free Passes and Blind Eyes.

So we already know Obama is a flake. That doesn't change the reason to protest.

I am not in Wall Street for the simple reason that I am really far. But I've participated in the Spanish equivalent.

Not to inject facts into such a brilliant argument, such as what you are putting forth, but you may be a bit inaccurate.

Those are bundled donations form individuals and not from the companies you listed.

If any laws were indeed broken....and I mean any.....the anti-capitalist savages that comprise the Democrat Party would be all over it.......

.......that is unless Wall Street's #1 Crony--Barack HusSame Obama--decided against it.

Well my goodness. I am not certain where you got that from.

The current campaign limits for individuals is $2500.

    http://www.fec.gov/pages/brochures/contriblimits.shtml

Certainly you don't think that $2500 is "stuffing Obama's pants full of cash", do you?

    LOL!@OP

He's attacking his fellow citizens in arms, instead of attacking the evil forces on Wall Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Somehow his eyes lost track of the ball.

Probably has been watching FoxNews, 'nuff said.

camp out on your senator's lawn, picket in front of the white house gates, scream and shout at the layabouts residing in the halls of congress. wall street is only a representation of the people doing what they are allowed to do by a corrupted bureaucracy. you might as well be protesting in front of your neighborhood market because the price of hamburger is too high. what do you really think they're going to do, start handing out hundred dollar bills to every tom, dick and harry who blocks their doors?

you can blame it on the republicans or you can blame it on the democrats, but protesting on wall street is simply blaming the people and trying to take yourself out of the equation. it's asinine. whether y'all want to admit it or not, wall street is as much a representative of the private sector (that's you and me, folks) as the protesters themselves. those big money folks are abiding by the same rules imposed on the rest of us, they just have the wherewithal to squeeze every last shred of advantage out of governmental regulation before crossing the line. they are doing exactly what you or i would do if only we had the capacity. the collusion between wall street and the federal government is no more flagrant than that of big labor or of the hordes of welfare recipients, it is merely far more profitable for those involved.

what is being protested is, as usual, success. what has all these people soiling their drawers is that some folks can find a way to turn even the worst of times to their own advantage. they are handed billions by the clowns in washington, with no strings attached, and of course they're going to carry on business as usual. they aren't going to risk that windfall in uncertainty and the anti-business atmosphere created by the current administration and its cronies. they're going to bide their time, consolidate their positions and wait for the liberal goon squad to leave the room.

i've done my best to try and figure out what the "occupy wall street" crowd is all about. what we've got is everyone with an axe to grind camped out and whining over their own personal grievances. what they all have in common is that they want more and they're bound and determined to blame their lot on those who are better off than they are. they don't care who it belongs to or how they go about getting it, it's all about grabbing something that somebody else has. this isn't the first time this has happened here and it probably won't be the last. government will cave in to the constant and annoying presence or some "have-not" will go postal and we'll have a minor massacre on our hands, but it won't really change anything. all those self-styled victims will go home feeling as though they've somehow beaten the very machine that they are a part of and they'll be twice as likely to do it all again, just because they know they'll be handed a few scraps when all the bleeding is done.
