What is Ron Pauls stand on OWS?

Does anyone know if Ron Paul commented on OWS? if RP is not in full support of OWS (which I definetely think he is, but according to some here who pretend to be his supporters it seems he is not) then I would permanently say F U to Ron Paul movement.

 

Ron Paul supports Free Markets, Capitalism, Limited Government, Private Property, The Right to the Fruits of one's own labor, and The Constitution.......

.....which goes against the views of the majority of OWS trash.

Just because the elites infuse retards into the crowd and interview them, does not mean that OWS protests are about those retards. CNN tried many things starting with showing asian woman with a masked man looking like a terrorist behind her, as if that is the OWS crowd. but looking at a whole thing reveals a completely different thing.

I am a Ron Paul fan and I'm going. That kind of puts a damper on your attempt to label and demonize this movement as Marxist or statist. Besides, I find it difficult to see anyone who is protesting the collusion between our government and the corporations as a statist. .

OWS and its leaders are calling for MORE government control. Just cause there is one element in the OWS crowd that says "stop foreign wars" who also believe in dismantling of the military (Ron still wants our military, just not overseas) doesn't mean Ron is with OWS.

I've been invited to a facebook page to protest the arresters getting protested.

The facebook page includes bull(*)(*)(*)(*) such as "why is there even a law that you cannot be in the park past 10pm? We need to figure out the real nature of these laws.

And this letter to the Mayor full of threats of violence:

I mean REAL violence, none of this o wow a tea partier yelled. These guys are handcuffing themselves to benches, fighting off police officers, and making threats to the mayor! All of them! not just some fringe.

 

Do you have proof or do you believe this because it reinforces your failed belief system?

What i was trying to get across what that these people know what they are upset about, and I cannot say I disagree with them, but they have no plan of action and I am not sure what they want to do about the problems.
It is not yet clear. They should make it clear so that the proper changes can be made when/if they are finnaly heard.

 

Before jumping to conclusions, you have to understand that OWS is not what it appears to be on the outside. Adbusters, the guys who initially organized it, are funded by the Tides Foundation, which is funded by George Soros. MoveOn.org is also funded by Soros. ACORN is involved. And not only the unions, but many Socialist and Communist political parties as well. The whole thing is a controlled opposition movement. These organizers all have one common goal: the prevention of true banking reform. Obviously many of the protesters are calling for the death of capitalism but they do not realize that capitalism has been dead in this country for almost a century (most of them probably don’t even know why they’re protesting). Controlled opposition always happens with large popular movements like this.

I'm sure there are a lot of pro-free market protestors as well. That Anonymous group are right wing anarchists, for one. Ron Paul is in favor of banking reform, which I'm sure alot of the OWS protestors are. But he does not support the socialist protestors who are calling for the downfall of capitalism. It is the anti-free market attitude which has gotten us in the mess we are now, and subversion of the free market is what has given Wall Street the power it has today. He supports true banking reform (ending the Fed, installing a free banking system), which really would cripple Wall Street and severely limit their power.

I expect RP is fully aware of these facts, so the wisest thing for him to say would be to explain that he doesn't outright support the movement, but that he's not against it either, and tell why. It's not about supporting the movement, it's about supporting the message.

LOL! And what message would that be? If these people want to be taken seriously...then protest for the day and then go home, and come back the next. This is a disaster. Costing the people of NYC I hear in the millions already for police overtime alone.
