"Daily dose of Iron" in our cereals: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=4b8_1319760343 I wonder if this could be fake, and if this is real, then I'm concerned, and I never want to eat cereal again. maybe they are using leftovers from the metal shops, grind them up, send the FDA a check and put this stuff in our foods?
Iron is what gives your blood its color. It's unsurprising that enriched foods are high in iron, since iron deficiency is quite common. And, it's nothing to be concerned about unless you take too much of it, which is hard to do unless you overdose on iron pills.
