What is your prediction for the 2012 election results, and whether or not the GOP, and specifically whom, and why...will win.

    Here is mine:

Everything will look like roses and honey for Romney right up to the convention in August 2012. Cain will not survive the scandal. Perry will be plagued by video from Vermont. Bachmann, Gingrich, Santorum, and Paul will fail to exploit the vacuum left behind by Cain and Perry.

At the GOP convention….there will be controversy……Chris Christy will come out of the fog…and proclaim that the necessity of his entrance into the race is the result of dire circumstances. The mainstream media, and DNC strategists will poop their pants, and scramble to readjust their strategy. Christy will nominate either Ryan or Rubio for VP, and either will accept gladly.

At the debates in Oct 2012, Christy will keep up his end of the debates without difficulty, the left will say Obama won, and the right will say Christy won. Rubio or Ryan will help Joe Biden make a fool out of himself, no feat there, and easily impress folks as competent.

The election will be 48% Obama, and 50% Christy.

Interesting prediction and I hope you are right. I like your two veep picks as either one of those guys may very well be our president in the future. Either way, I see the dems losing out on the presidency for at least the next 20 to 30 years. We can congratulate the Tea Party for sinking the dem party for the time being, and thank the American people for waking up to the threat of unbridled socialism. I'll tell you what...if your grandfather Barry was running, I sure would vote for him.

Do tell. The polls all show that only Romney would beat obama in a heads up match.

Oh God, not Christy again. I thought we put that to rest, already.

We already have enough liberal Republicans running. We don't need another.

    I have it Romney 53 %
    Obama at 42%
    Paul..3rd party at 7 %
    The rest to Others..

If Paul takes his from Romney we have a near tie.
I think Obama bleeds the most ..with the young kid democrats running to Paul.
I think the national defense issue sinks Paul among conservatives.

I don't think it makes any difference who gets nominated for the Republicans anymore. They've shown themselves to be nothing more than a pack of ultra-right-wing T-Baggers...in other words...INSANE!

Obama will win if for no other reason but that by election day the Republicans will have destroyed themselves.

I won't matter...the problem is not that Republicans have different ideas than Democrats...its their association with T-Baggers. Perry, Bachmann, et all have shown themselves to be idiots. They say dumb things that scare normal rational people.

I predict the flip-flopping Mormon will be the GOP nominee. The presidential debates will actually be very civil....by this time, Mitt Zombie would have flip-flopped back to a "moderate" for the general election, and therefore both Obama and Romney would find much common ground on things. And also, I can't ever imagine Mitt "Flip Flop" Romney being mean or talking down to the president. He's actually a very nice guy.

I think it will be Romney against Obama.

And Obama will get the Fed to stimulate the economy just enough and at the right time to put him over the top and win by a nose.

Not that for one second I think any of this is good for America's future (I think Ron Paul is the best candidate by quite a bit over Gary Johnson and by a mile over everyone else).

But that is what I think might happen.

Those ultra-right-**********s gave our nation the hope and change that was sorely needed with their message in 2010 and with their takeover of congress. Since obama has proved to be our nation's worse president by far, and with the economy tanking and unemployment rising, there is no way in hell this turkey gets to disgrace America for another 4 years. Romney will be our next president. Get used to it and prepare yourself to seeing our economy boom once he becomes POTUS.

Too early to say with any semblance of certainty, but...

I believe in the end, Romney will secure the GOP spot, and has a good chance of winning the presidency. He is the most likely of the GOP, to appeal to the Independents, and the hard right will rally with him, if for no other reason, than to defeat Obama.

Not sure who he might pick as VP, and that could make or break the deal.

Well, if Romney picks Rubio for veep then I suspect obama wouldn't even show up next year to witness the ensuing bloodbath. A Romney/Rubio ticket could be shortened rather nicely with a R&R sticker.

    My prediction.

The current crop of bat (*)(*)(*)(*) crazy Jesus freaks, Perry and Bachmann, will implode even more as they speak even more, eventually dropping out.

Cain will drop out as the revelations of his past conduct comes more and more to light. He and his supporters will not blame him, but will blame the media for his poor behavior over several decades.

Gingrich, Santorum, and Paul will not be able to raise enough money to keep up.

Romney, who at this point even as a Mormon looks less and less like a bat (*)(*)(*)(*) crazy Jesus freak when compared to Cain and Bachmann, will get the nomination handed to him.

With the economy still stagnated, Romney will beat Obama.

Well, the problem with Romney is that he's Obama-lite. It's the same old song, just a Republican accent. He's the same old corrupt politician with the same "government can fix everything" approach. Obama wants universal health care -- he used Romney's model. Romney isn't different enough to make people say "time for a change" because it's not much different. The choice is between Soviet style communism and Denmark style nanny state. The question isn't even who would a socialist vote for, the only question is "which one will get us there FASTER". I think Perry would be better. He's not a socialist, and he isn't going to be the same immoral fast and loose with the truth kind of guy. Cain is over, and Bachman is a joke, so we have the choice of Perry or Obama lite.

I think Perry could win, but not Romney. With Pery the election is about the direction of American civilization. With Romney, not so much.

    I can't believe I'm actually going to say this...but.....

Republimussen Reports.....the shameless pollsters who engineer GOP freindly poll results in coordination with GOP electioneering strategy.....do one thing well.........and that is likely voter model election results polls.

The likely voter model when used to poll questions like Obama approval, or country direction, and so on, are pure trash.....but Republimussen is showing Obama 3 points behind Romney, whom is the only Republican polling better than Obama with the LVM.

Unless Democrats get more Democrats to vote......your prediction will be very likely.

Honest question... Why do you say this, when referring only to conservative persons?

Is Obama also included in the group?

He certainly is anything but conservative, but apparently he and the Lord have spoken at length, about the need to pass the jobs bill.

6 Months from now a Semi RINO will choose a Great Conservative VP pick and we will all vote for that ticket in 12 ( But many will stay home becase the GOP POTUS nominee is whishy washy on Union Domination, 2A , ProChoice/ProLife, was a Maven of Socialized Health Care, and flip flopper on Illegal Immigration ...

    I can see this coming.....

The ads that the DNC will throw around right before the election will be featuring the OBL and Quddafi killings, and plenty of Romney flip flop ads. The debates will have Obama calling Romney out on all of it. The DNC hasn't even begun with thier campaigning......and since the GOP is smart enough to keep the heat off of whatever candidate they'll pick by parading around high profile idiots like Perry and Bachmann....the heavy guns on both sides will start late. The GOP and conservative media is presently underestimating the Democratic strategy, IMO

You do know the Tea Party does not endorse Romney ?
All conservatives are not Tea Party members.
    Romney is many things..
Ultra right wing tea Party insane member he is not.
Another reason to support Romney in 2012.
