Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.

A quick google shows that scientists believe the mummy to resemble characteristics of the Ainu indigenous to Japan and Russia.......

It's a shame that the Paiutes are staking a claim on the mummy. There is little chance of ancestral lineage from 9400 years ago and the odds of it being "white" are slim. Further study is warranted.

Okay, going away from the white supremacist crap, I was curious about the DNA. With DNA the scientists can track the human migration patterns all the way back to Africa and scientific Eve, and the data could indicate what migration group the mummy, also called the Spirit Cave Man, originated from.

Unfortunately, all I found on the internet was another discussion on another message board (Spirit Cave Man) and from there the link to an article (Anthropologists Back Native American Claims) which indicates that the DNA tests were inconclusive.

So, in other words, the DNA failed and we'll never(?) know who the person was or where they came from...

I had heard of a theory on one of the Discovery channels, of Europeans crossing an ice/land bridge in the ancient past settling in the Florida / Georgia region. They speculated that the tribes might have been wiped out after migrating West......and encountering peoples who had immigrated across ice/land bridges from the east or maybe simply disease.

Regardless, amazing that there are those who do not want to find out the reality in this day and age.

The mummy became a political football between scientists and modern day native Americans.......the Paiutes who claimed it as an ancestor.

DNA, I would think would solve so much including the Alaskan land bridge theories and indigenous tribes in Asia.......who might be decedents of Eve. Very interesting.

 

Sigh...This mummy was not recently discovered as your post suggests, it was discovered in 1940. You are confusing "Caucasian" with "Caucasoid" which is a relatively obsolete anthropological term which means he could be a decent of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, Middle East, Central Asia and South Asia. The term is rarely used because it is mistakenly used for racist purposes and pseudo-science, and anthropologists no longer advocate scientific racialism.

Like the Kennewick man, they have no idea what "race" he might have been or why he was there. Although it does open the door for interesting theories about migration. Of course you have to remember that inhabitants were already on the American continents 9,000 years ago.

There is no conspiracy to discredit white people. Even if you found out a stray "white person", (who would not look anything like the northern European light skinned blue eyed variant of ethnic Europeans) was proven to have existed in America 9k years ago, what would this prove and why would anyone want to hide this information? By this time populations had already migrated over the earth.
