Don't know much about Louisville except they have some good
    recruits.Possibly awesome recruits.
    But Kentucky just WIPED OUT a Division II team { Morehouse }
125-40.How does 74-13 halftime score sound.
Right now {as I type } Kentucky is up 75-46 over Marist.

Probably not, but we have two very good players in Lamb & Napier - but we need the bigs to come around.
What's up with your Dukies struggling with Belmont, at Cameron? I know Belmont has had decent teams the last few years, but...& how about UCLA losing, at home, I think?
    The year should be fun.

Shout out to my alma mater...St. Louis University (Parks College of Engineering)
Currently undefeated, they recently beat Univ. of Washington; didn't crack the top 25, but did receive a few votes in both the AP and USA Today poll...I hope they at least make it to the big show in March '12. A lot of basketball between now and then however.

Others receiving votes: Cleveland State 94, Michigan State 58, Creighton 48, Cincinnati 30, Washington 27, UNLV 23, Villanova 18, Temple 14, San Diego State 12, Saint Mary's 9, Oregon State 7, Kent State 7, Belmont 6, Saint Louis 6, Purdue 4, New Mexico State 4, Notre Dame 4, Long Beach State 4, Texas 4, Harvard 3, Illinois 2, Georgetown 2, Middle Tennessee 2, Minnesota 1, Marshall 1, West Virginia 1

it would be great if they could shake up the schedule and re-schedule some games and fill in the tv slots where we would have seen NBA.

I love watching the work rate of the kids at Duke and UConn.

A belated congrats to Coach K on his record. Although I'm not a Duke fan, the guy is first class all the way.

Heard on saturday at my Cigar shoppe from a guy who feels
Kentucky has a great bunch of players but not such a Dream Team.
Because of the coach. He also dint think much of Rick Pitino as coach.
Speaking of that, what do Y'all feel will be Syracuse U. Jim Boeheim.
I say Boeheim won't make it till friday. He's toast.
For his calling out Bobby Davis { ballboy } who was raped over a
15 year period by Syracuse asst. Bernie Fine who was fired yesterday.
Boeheim basically called out Bobby Davis as a huge Liar.
A telephone call that was taped from nearly 10 years ago surfaced to
    legitimize Bobby Davis's claims.

    Mizzou is #9.

I wonder how badly Syracuse will be affected?

Oh well. My beloved SEC will again pin our hopes and aspirations upon Kentucky just to be disappointed.

I really do enjoy watching any game with Duke or NC as the opponents give it their all and it makes for a good game
