    VICTORY!

Most of 'em ran like little girls. Occupoo is officially over in Los Angeles. I heard on the news three occupooers were up in a makeshift tree house refused to come down. They were extricated using shotgun bean bag rounds. I wish I could have seen that.

As are people who don't believe in the use of force against non-violent people. However the good, upstanding, christian right loves to see people be shot, much like the OP mentioned. Nothing more Christ like than cheering on the use of violence! Certainly nothing says freedom like the use of government force to destroy dissent. What a great day for America!

Just more gassious con postings by sour grapes guzzlers who wouldn't know an unstoppable movement of positives even when it kicks them in their faces every morning, which it's doing and will continue to greater degree every day. You can't arrest or kill an idea. Enjoy the waning days of con stupidity, and those fat lips and black eyes, they're most deserved!

This just in: US government uses coercion, intimidation, and threats of violence to suppress citizens exerting their First Amendment rights. Conservatives cheer on the police state.

I doubt if there are many Christians running the atheist government in Los Angles.

THey were shot? Show me proof. From what I remember, the protesters were shooting, raping, and defecating all over the place.

So you are saying LA's city govt is a bunch of Christian zealots? Who knew? :omg:

    Freedom of trespass is not.

Your "people's rights movement" has turned into a "bowel movement".

So when are the free-loaders coming out to 2nd Amendment Country ?

I think what you liberals fail to understand is that the protesters were the 1% ers. They were from the 1% or less of the population with an IQ below 25

I'm with you. This is terrible that police have shut down free speech. I think the occupiers should go right back there and pitch more tents. Start over. You can do it. This is America! We need the 99% out there looking out for us working class stiffs against the 1%. Keep going occupy! Don't stop until the election is over!

How exactly do you trespass on public land that isn't being used for national security purposes?

So local governments can restrict rights that are granted by the Constitution?

Then how did the Supreme Court rule the handgun bans unconstitutional?

There are plenty of use regulations regarding public land. All legal. All upheld in plenty of past court decisions.

No one is denying a right to assemble. But you cannot assemble just anywhere. You must also honor other laws dealing with occupancy, health, curfews, etc. Permits and insurance bonds are legally required in many such assemblages.

Too many libs think that the Right of Assembly means you can get together however you want, whenever you want, and wherever you want. Sorry, but it guarantees none of that.

Since when could you endlessly squat on public land?
