Obama's right on track isn't he. The similarities go further than just the polling. Jimmy Carter had a stimulus that failed, Obama has a stimulus that failed. Carter had an energy policy that failed, Obama has an energy policy that's failing. Carter had a foreign policy that failed, Obama has a foreign policy that's failing as we speak. Radical Islam taking over countries that formerly weren't radical with Obama's support and blessing. Eerie, how history repeats itself.
Then why worry? any of the losers in the GOP presidential candidates pool should have an easy time getting elected, right? Except that Obama is still ahead or head to head against EACH ONE of the GOP candidates. so, why don't we see what happens on november 2, 2012?
Bush being a horrible President doesnt excuse Obama from being one as well. Its about time that people hold Obama accountable for his own actions.
Obama has nothing to run on. We already see the Obama Character Assassination machine cranking up. Look at what Obama's liberal media did to Cain
Obama has been a disaster for the American people. America has been rudderless for three critical years. _
I wonder if Carter will be out trying to campaign for Obama. Obama is toxic and many senate and house members are not with him at events he is hosting in their own states.
The only good thing I can say about Carter, is I don't think he purposely tried to destroy the economy, wish I could say the same about Ubama.
Carter legalized homebrewing, as well. As terrible of a POTUS as he was, I will always be grateful for him doing this.
True....even a pile of dog(*)(*)(*)(*) on the pavement is going to trounce Obama in 2012.....but we can do better than Romney. You do that....and then lets watch The Worst President in History--Barack HusSame Obama get his ass handed to him on Nov. 6, 2012--The Second Largest Political Ass Whooping in History. . . .
i have him winning for sure, unless we go into a recession during Q2 - Q3 hes too good at positioning himself and campaigning
Carter wasnt lucky enough to have a republican party raising taxes on the middle class to protect the rich
Most those up for Re-election. Claire McCaskill being one.She openly passed on being seen with Obama when he made a stop recently in Missouri. McCaskill was a very open { on MSNBC often } and vocal Liberal until the House fell to Republicans in 2010.
"Americans are number one in nothing but consumer spending, guns, debt and delusion." Ahhh how those words ring true these days.
What's wrong with consumer spending? What's wrong with guns? Not socialistic enough, for you? As for debt and delusion, Obama added 5 trillion to the debt in less than 3 years, and is delusional enough to think that spending more will fix our problems. Let me guess, that's not what you were referring to.
No I mean what Obama's liberal media attack dogs did. Politico will listen to Obama they will not listen to the GOP.
This place is gonna have a meltdown when all you cons have your collective hearts broken next November. Start therapy now. Your therapist will help you through the Liberal take over of the Country you all love so much! LMAO
Evidence there were those naive and ignorant enough to believe Jimmy Carter was going to win a second term.......... . . .
You mean the left will complain when 2010 continues in 2012. I was in Miami last week. Hardly a conservative area and seen a bumper sticker that said 2012 End of an error.
I was behind a car that had a bumper sticker that said "honk if you like big tits." What's your point?
a faceless republican party with no message other than something about tea? fatchance...im pretty sure t hey will pick a nominee EVENTUALLY
Where did I say I was worried? It's the economy! Unless the economy dramatically improve before Nov 2012, even Bernie Lomax, he dead guy from the movie "a weekend at Bernie's" can beat him and the Democrats in general. That's why Barney Frank decided to retire....before he got the boot. The chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus is retiring too, after only 12 years in Congress. While I harbor no illusions that Latino's will vote Republican, they won't, I think they will stay home on November 6, 2012. Without the bulk of their vote the Democrat party will lose big. Don't forget, in 2009 and 2010 the Democrats had a near super majority. The health care bill passed the House without a single Republican vote and the Senate with just 2 Snowe and Collins who should be gone in the next cycle. Yet, the Democrats ignored their power and promise to Latino's. Then at the last minute in Dec 2010 took a shot and lost. Why the Latino's trust the Democrats I'll never know. The Democrats just expect their support regardless of how stupid the Dems think they are not to see what I pointed out above. There are still multiple candidates in the Republican race, narrow the field down to one and those numbers will change dramatically. Myself I still think he'll drop out and Hillary will run in his place. Just my baseless opinion. The next United States presidential election is to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
