    In this economy, what a waste of time and money to keep hearing this mass murderers appeals to get out. He killed 25 innocent people why does he even get a shot at getting out??? This guy is the poster boy why we need the death penalty and carry it out within a reasonable amount of time.

    I can imagine his frustration everytime he is denied parole. Keep him in prison hoping for release, and keep knocking him back.
