So, I am starting my job tomorrow, it is a Car Detailing place, I am starting there so I can make money to pay for my hobbies, and for something to do while I go to college.

I am nervous lol. It is a very professional place. For example:

-Everyone wear's a strict uniform, always have your shirt tucked in, even if off work.

-I have to study for a quiz, I have 1 week to memorize a few sheets (pretty easy, learned a lot about flash cards learning German lol)

-Everyone has two-way radio receivers that they carry.

-They appear to move around quick, get stuff done fast and efficiently.

Basically, I am nervous lol. I am hoping yall to wish me luck. Also, I found out I might be buying two sheep soon, 50$ a piece for two bottle feeding sheep (very cheap) here is a link to their breed: http://www.ansi.okstate.edu/breeds/sheep/barbado/index.htm

    Wish me luck. Also, I found a 1911 .45 for 450$!

No, I have worked since I was 13.

To be honest, this job is tough. It moves at a FAST pace. I mean, your constantly working, it is non-stop for hours. I love the people I work with, and the guy I work for is definitely a role model to have.

Don't take it with you. At least, not on your first day. Shooting people on the legs, because you cannot keep up with them is frowned upon in certain sections of society.

Otherwise, best of luck and don't answer back, unless it's in response to a question.

What a pitiful attitude. I enjoyed a lot of my jobs and always enjoyed my paycheck. Now, going on welfare, that's hell.

I am working tomorrow too, and Monday. I am so nervous still. I guess it is just because it is a new job. Everyone keeps telling me I'll get used to it. I hope so.

When I was 15 I applied at a restaurant and for 'position' I wrote "Bust Boy." I got the job. :-D

    BTW, congratulations on the job!

Eh, first time I had a job that had applications I think I was 17. I started in tobbaco fields at 13.

    GREAT news! Good luck!
The fact that you are nervous is not a bad thing, it just shows that you care and that you intend to do a good job.

    And I'm sure you will.

    Merry Christmas!
